Posizione dell’appartamento molto strategica: a pochi passi dalla stazione centrale e dal centro storico. Cesare e i suoi collaboratori si sono dimostrati estremamente cordiali e disponibili. Camera spaziosa e pulita, da apprezzare l’arredamento essenziale che esalta i pavimenti e le porte originali. Bravi un bel posto dove tornare!

If we ever come to Palermo again, we will definitely stay here. The hosts are so welcoming that you feel at home every day. The cleaning of the room was up to the standards of a five star hotel. Great central location, modern room and cozy patio for breakfast – it was perfect. Thank you for your work and care for your guests 🤍 We traveled together with my seven year old daughter and felt very safe in this place.

We stayed here for the weekend and I don’t think we could have chosen a better place. Cesare and Paola are such wonderful and kind people who made us feel so welcome as soon as we stepped in (about 3 hours early, mind you). The location is most definitely the winner here. Literally less than 5 mins to be in the main city, but also close to some more niche areas. Less than 5 mins to the central station. That being said, as it’s so close to every single thing you will ever need in Palermo, it can be noisy at night. Honestly though, for where you are and what you are getting it really doesn’t matter. Breakfast is spot on 10/10 they will accommodate to anything you want. And best of all, freshly squeezed orange juice 😍. The room is super clean and modern, bed was comfy as and shower pressure was really good which you don’t find too often in Sicily.
All in a strong 10/10 stay. Would recommend 🙂

Amazing bnb! Everything was perfect and the host was the nicest bnb host I’ve ever met. Very warm and welcoming. 100% recommended!

Eines der besten Air BnBs was ich je besucht habe! Die Gastfreundschaft und der Service waren einfach super – vom herzlichen Empfang, über die Kommunikation und das selbst gemachte Frühstück am Morgen. Es steckt so viel Mühe darin, man fühlt sich einfach zu Hause! Dazu liegt das Apartment sehr zentral und ist sehr sehr sauber und gemütlich. Ich kann es nicht genug empfehlen!!

Posto accogliente e pratico anche per la vicinanza alla stazione. Persone gentili e pronte a soddisfare ogni richiesta del cliente, qualità apprezzatissima. Camere fornite di tutto l’essenziale, pulizia esemplare e letto molto comodo. Consigliatissimo,torneremo!!

Absolutely beautiful B&B in the centre of Palermo – also a few minutes away from the main train station.
This place has to be seen in order to be truly appreciated. Totally loved everything about it!!! A mini oasis in the hustle and bustle of Palermo.
Cesare, Paola and Rita are super hosts. They go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable and at home. Also very efficient at communicating. A special thank you to them for their wonderful hospitality, and thoughtful breakfast (I am plant based and provided me with a vast array of products).
Place is super clean, and have I mentioned how comfortable the bed is? Perfect 💤💤💤!

We had a completely positive experience with Cesare and Paola and are grateful for their hospitality. We were greeted by Paola with a big smile at our very late check in and got the chance to chat with her the next morning, where she offered us a delicious breakfast before pointing us to a few great local tips! The B&B is recently renovated, with lovely rooms impeccably clean and stylishly decorated. The location of the B&B is very convenient to discover Palermo and its markets by foot. I also should mention Cesare put us in touch with a shuttle service we needed further down our travels, which was much appreciated. I cannot recommend this B&B enough, you will immediately feel at home and well taken care of! Grazie ancora!
